I have a zero turn lawn mower that needed repair that I use all the time for work. It was short notice but I needed someone to come out ASAP. Scheduling was fast and easy and they were able to get a technician out right away. It needed a carburetor repair and belts. Oscar is a skilled technician and had it fixed in no time.

A technician came out to do a tune up and blade replacement on my Yard Man push mower. Oscar (the technician) was courteous, knowledgeable, and showed up on time.

I have trouble getting around and this guy helped me get the mower out the garage and had it running in about an hour. I got a tune up cause it had been sitting for a while after my car accident. Needless to say he was quick and professional and was on his way. Thanks Wildwood I’ll be calling again soon for the yearly service. Plus the guy told me I needed a new tire soon because of the bulge on the side of the tire. Thanks again.

I was done trying to get this old zero turn going on my own. I knew if I was gonna stay in business I needed a pro. I called Wildwood small engine repair and they had someone out that evening. What a blessing. They were courteous and kind. I gave them some water and a snack as soon as I got back from the grocery store they were done. I got a text on my phone from the company that they were done and my zero turn was ready to go. Amazing! I was able to pay by phone and they left the mower in my side yard behind the gate ready to run. I got home put the groceries up and went to start the mower and it started on the first turn. This mower was not running for a while and I needed it running. I have a 10 acre ranch and I mow acres at a time for a living. It was good to be back in my old mower and I also signed up for the yearly services. I’m not taking any chances . Wildwood is the best. God Bless Y’all.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Took the two kids, 19 and 16, over 4 hours to "try" and figure out what was wrong with my mover. Wanted to charge me an extra $100 to remove the deck, with tools, when another company had my deck off in like 12 seconds with NO TOOLS at all. Disgraceful! Not to mention, what they claimed was wrong, wasn't even the entire issue, so if I had them fix it, my mower would still need repair! Ridiculous! And, I got two mobile quotes for a new tire, yes, ONE tire, and they were $132 and $130, you charged me $245.43, way over priced. I was told I would have my first invoice reimbursed completely, which did not happen. It was partially reimbursed, that's not what I was told! Not to mention the boys farting and swearing under my camera, which I have on video. Talking about hating fat bitches and other things. So completely unprofessional in EVERY way! Will NEVER use this company again and will let everyone know of my HORRIBLE experience.

I've had my lawnmower for a while now. It hasn't had any service because I don't have time to send it/ take it to get the services done. So that's where wildwood comes in. Here in Texas we really needed someone of you alls caliber to tackle these difficult jobs. Also to be here on time when we need the service. Rain or sunshine wildwood is always there for me!
