Professional Pressure Washer Repairs, In Your Driveway

A pressure washer that quits always picks the wrong moment, right when the deck, driveway or siding is finally on the schedule. Hauling the unit to a repair shop, then waiting one to three weeks for service intake, turns a small pump or fuel problem into a lost month of cleaning projects.

Our mobile pressure washer repair service removes that entire hassle. A certified technician arrives at your home or business with the tools and common parts on board, diagnoses the issue, explains it in plain language and completes most repairs on the spot. From seasonal tune ups to pump, unloader valve and carburetor work, we restore your equipment to full pressure without it ever leaving your property.

Pressure Washer Problems We Fix Every Day

Pressure washers develop a predictable set of pump, fuel and pressure problems, especially after sitting through the off season. Most start small and get expensive when ignored. Here is what we see most, and what it usually means.

Pressure Washer Won’t Start

The number one repair call. Usually a clogged carburetor from stale fuel, worn spark plugs or ignition failure on gas units, and switch, cord or motor faults on electric units. A washer that starts then dies points to fuel delivery or unloader problems.

Low or No Pressure

The classic pressure washer complaint. Worn pump valves and seals, a clogged nozzle or inlet filter, a failing unloader valve or air trapped in the pump. We isolate the cause on site and restore rated PSI.

Pulsing or Surging Pressure

Pressure that cycles up and down usually means a partially blocked nozzle, a sticking unloader valve or inadequate water supply. Left alone, the constant cycling wears out the pump early.

Leaking Water or Oil

Water leaking from the pump means worn seals or a cracked manifold, often from freeze damage. Oil leaks point to failed crankcase seals. Both need attention before the pump destroys itself.

Engine Runs Then Stalls Under Load

A washer that idles fine but dies when you pull the trigger usually has a carburetor, fuel flow or unloader pressure problem. We test the full fuel and pressure circuit to find the real cause.

Detergent System Not Working

Chemical injectors clog with dried soap and debris. We clean or replace injectors, hoses and filters so the soap system draws correctly again.

Root Cause First

What Actually Causes Pressure Washer Failures

Most pressure washer problems trace back to a handful of root causes. Fixing the cause, not just the symptom, is what makes a repair last instead of failing again next month.

01

Stale Fuel and Clogged Carburetor

The leading cause of no start conditions on gas washers. Ethanol fuel left in the tank over winter gums up the carburetor bowl and jets, so the engine struggles to start or hold power.

02

Pump Run Dry or Overheated

Running the pump without water flow, even briefly, overheats seals and valves. Long idle periods with the trigger released cook the pump in bypass mode and shorten its life dramatically.

03

Freeze Damage

Water left inside the pump over winter expands as it freezes and cracks manifolds, seals and valves. This is the most common cause of spring startup leaks and one of the most preventable.

04

Worn Unloader Valve

The unloader controls pressure when the trigger is released. As it wears, you get surging, low pressure or an engine that stalls under load.

05

Clogged Nozzles, Filters and Screens

Debris and mineral buildup restrict flow through nozzles, inlet screens and chemical injectors, dropping pressure and starving the pump.

06

Worn Spark Plugs and Ignition Faults

Weak or failed spark prevents proper combustion, causing hard starts, misfires and shutdowns under load, often combined with engine wear from running too long without service.
